I wanted to cover as many episodes as possible, and to achieve a level of perfection that has never been seen before, with a full-fledged portrayal of the human group in Les Misérables, neither "Ah, the heartless'' nor "The Story of Cosette.'' Of course, it is a tightly packed paperback with 2,500 pages, so the beautiful episodes spilling out from between my fingers was amazing, and I was left with tears of frustration and a feeling of disgust.
