Raised as an orphan in a rural village, Ryuryu has had the ability to have prophetic dreams since she was a child. One day, Minister of Military Affairs Froebel hears rumors about Ryuryu and takes her in. He grooms her to be the "Saint" and a potential bride for Prince Julius. However, Prince Julius, whom she admires, already has a fiancée, Paulette, who is in love with her... What's more, since coming to the royal palace, Ryuryu has been unable to have prophetic dreams. Ryuryu becomes anxious, but not only is Froebel ordering her to take his place as fiancé, but the neighboring country's prince, Leobold, begins to doubt her powers of prophetic dreams. Meanwhile, Ryuryu has a dream in which someone is killed and the country is destroyed. Froebel uses the prophetic dream to falsely announce that Paulette has plotted to assassinate the king, and has her imprisoned. Without any opportunity to correct Froebel's lie, Ryuryu is criticized by Julius and Leobold. Ryuryu is deeply shocked, but then her memory blacks out, and the next thing she knows, she finds her "dead self" lying in front of her...!? A dramatic mystery featuring a ghostly saint, drawn by Akabane Chika, begins!
