Heroes. Ones who are admired by the people and the world. They defeat malicious people with different abilities, and it seems as if the peace of society is maintained by them. However, this is only the surface. Money, violence, women, and even drugs. There are many heroes who use their fame and position to satisfy their desires behind the scenes. In a world where such corrupt heroes abound, there is one person with a different ability who condemns their evil deeds. His name is Kazuya Hongo.
