In the kingdom of Silverland, only a man can inherit the throne. Sapphire's true gender remains secret to all, but the kingdom's Prime Minister suspects the truth, and he hires an assassin, Willema, to unveil Sapphire's secret or otherwise eliminate her as an heir to the throne.
