Coffee brewed in the morning is a special way to start the day. A morning spent slowly and quietly, as if checking one's mental and physical condition. This is KISSATEN, a café in a port town in the Netherlands. "Good morning." It is Peter who arrives. He is a well-known figure in the shopping arcade. Day in and day out, he stands in a corner of the shopping street. According to what I've heard, he has mental problems and "stands here" so he won't be alone at home. I can imagine that one day he will come to the store and we will spend time together chatting over a cup of morning coffee. That beautiful scene. I can imagine many things since I came here. I don't know why. I always think about it while making coffee in the seaside town.
