Taro concluded that he would use 1 trillion yen to remove borders from the world, and while he was building the flying submersible aircraft carrier "Nihon-go", he traveled around the world looking for friends. Taro and his companions embark on an unknown adventure aboard the Nihon-go, which is capable of sea navigation, hydrofoil running, Mach 15 flight, and space flight.
