Ryuhei Aihara, a 16-year-old who wants to become the wind, goes to a driving school to get a medium-sized motorcycle license. Ryuhei currently rides on a moped, commonly known as Hara-chari, but his rival since kindergarten, Kazuomi, used to ride a VFR that his rich father bought for him! Provoked by Kazuomi, Ryuhei challenges the 400CC VFR on a 50CC original bicycle, but...!?
