In a world where hell is uninhabitable, devils have fled to Earth and live among humans. Milo (Mikhailov) is a war veteran who is skilled at suicide missions, leading him to his final mission that ends in tragedy. He is kidnapped by devils and subjected to experiments that allow him to see demons hiding in human guise with his devils eye.
